Mandate to summon the archbishop and chapter of Tuam, and inform themselves and decide touching the union with Tuam of the suffragan churches of Annadown, Achonry, and Kilmacduagh, in regard to Achonry, whose chapter prays to have the said union dissolved, since the distance between the two churches, and the ungovernable character of the Irish, make it impossible for them to share in the election of the archbishop. The archbishop and chapter of Tuam are willing to agree to the separation.
