16 Kal. Dec. Chateauneuf. (f. 3.)	To Aymo, archdeacon of York. Indult to visit his archdeaconry by deputy for three years, and receive procurations.
	Concurrent mandate to the prior of Bermondsey, and two others named.
8 Kal. Dec. Chateauneuf. (f. 4.)	To the prior of St. Paul's, Florence, and two others named. Mandate to recover from Walter, bishop of Worcester, the sum of 3000 florins borrowed by him from Banchinus Lotterii, citizen and merchant of Florence.
10 Kal. Dec. Chateauneuf. (f. 5.)	To Richard de Stretton. He is already dispensed on account of illegitimacy, so as to be ordained and hold a benefice, and was first warden of the altar of St. Peter in the church of Lincoln, value 20l. then rector of Gothemundele, in the same diocese, value 9 marks, and canon and prebendary, value 50s. after which, on resigning the wardenship, he obtained the rectory of Hellowe, value 20 marks, and another prebend commonly called the 60s. prebend. Dispensation to retain the same, and accept one other benefice, value 40 marks.
2 Non. Dec. Chateauneuf. (f. 7d.)	To Walter, bishop of Worcester. Faculty to receive Master Philip de Barton's resignation of his benefice of Thwerewelle, in the diocese of Winchester, value 27l. and give it to some fit person, inducting and confirming him in the same.
Ibid.	To John de Sandale. Confirmation, at the request of the king, whose clerk he is, of a dispensation formerly granted him. He, when subdeacon, obtained the chancellorship of St. Patrick's, Dublin, the treasurership of Lichfield, and the churches of Radeclyve on Soar, Wimbeldon, Northmymmes, Wimbissh Simundsburn, Dunbar, and Stoke, in the dioceses of York, Winchester, Lincoln, London, Durham, Coventry and Lichfield, and St. Andrews, prebends of Wells, Houden, and Beverley, with leave to accept two or more benefices, value 200l. and on resigning three of the said benefices to accept others, upon which he obtained the churches of Wigeton, Colyhull, Stivelingflet, Northreby, and Chalke, in the dioceses of York, Coventry and Lichfield, Carlisle, Norwich, and Rochester, value 200l. and lastly, resigned Wimbissh and Northmymmes, and the canonry and prebend of Houedon; the treasurership not being mentioned in the dispensation, which is now confirmed, and he is allowed to retain the said benefices.
5 Kal. Dec. Chateauneuf. (f. 9.)	To Henry Dalphini, archdeacon of Worcester. Indult to visit his archdeaconry by deputy for three years, and receive procurations.
	Concurrent mandate to the bishop of Worcester, the abbot of St. Anthony's, Vienne, and another named.
10 Kal. Jan. Montilie, Carpentras. (f. 9d.)	To Walter, late bishop of Worcester, now archbishop elect of Canterbury, to whom the pallium has been sent by the bishop of London. Monition to renew within five years the oath of fealty which he has taken to the pope and the Roman church, and to govern his church with humility and justice.
Ibid.	To the bishops of Worcester and London, to the former of whom, as archbishop elect of Canterbury, the pallium is assigned. Mandate to send to the pope the oath of fealty taken and subscribed by the said archbishop, who is to renew it within five years.
1314. Non. Jan. Montilie. (f. 22d.)	To the Carmelite prior and friars of Castle Cletan, or Olethan, in the diocese of Cloyne. Inhibition to inhabit that place for seven years, they having received and occupied it without papal licence, contrary to the constitution of Boniface VIII. After seven years they may obtain special papal licence and return thereto.

1314. 17 Kal. Feb. Montilie. (f. 24.)	To Roger de Wingefeld. He is rector of Brinton, Wetheringsete, and Sutton, in the diocese, of Lincoln and Norwich, and of Kemesey in that of Worcester, value 40 marks, being 14 marks in excess of the amount named in a former dispensation. Dispensation, at the request of the king, whose clerk he is, to retain the same, their total value being 80l. and 4 marks, with leave to accept two other benefices, value 200 marks.
18 Kal. Feb. Montilie. (f. 24.)	To Walter, bishop of Worcester. Faculty to receive the resignation by Ponchard de Monte Martini of his canonry and prebend of Langchester, and rectory of Waddon, in the dioceses of Durham and Ely, and to give them to two fit persons, inducting and defending them in the same.
Id. Jan. Montilie. (f. 24)	To Walter, archbishop elect of Canterbury. Licence to grant a relaxation of a hundred days of enjoined penance to those who hear him celebrate high mass or preach.

Dispensation to accept two additional benefices.
Id. Jan. Montilie. (f. 25.)	To Walter, archbishop elect of Canterbury. Faculty to collate, induct, and defend persons in possession of three or more benefices in cathedral and collegiate churches of his province, to whomsoever the patronage of the same may belong.

1313. 14 Kal. Nov. Montilie. (f. 34.)	To Anassantius de Cavomonte. Papal provision has been made to him of the rectory of Wadedaling, in the diocese of Norwich, without mention being made of his defect of age. Decree that the said provision shall hold good.
1314. 5 Kal. Feb. Montilie. (f. 36.)	To William Amaneui. Provision has been made to him of a canonry and prebend of Lincoln, in the letters of which there are clerical errors. Decree, at the request of Bertrand de Mota, member of the pope's household, whose son he is, that the said provision shall hold good.
16 Kal. Feb. Montilie. (f. 36d.)	To the archbishop of Canterbury, the bishop of Lincoln, and the abbot of Notelet (Nutley), in the diocese of Lincoln. Mandate to cite William, archbishop of York, who has deprived Boniface de Saluzzo, papal chaplain, rector of Camesale, Almanberi, and Penygston, in the diocese of York, and having excommunicated him, has instituted Michael de Meldon to Camesale, Henry de Leycestria to Almanberi, and Richard the Walton to Penygston, two appeals having been made by Boniface to the pope. The archbishop and the said clerks are to appear before the pope within two months.

The like mandate touching George de Saluzzo, papal chaplain, rector of Wilmersle, in the diocese of York to whom papal provision has been made of the prebend of Massam and deanery of York, of which benefices the archbishop has deprived him, and has put Gilbert de Stapeldon into Wilmersle and Master Robert de Pikering, canon of York, into the deanery.
3 Kal. Mar. Montilie. (f. 69d.)	To the bishop of Worcester, the dean of Bordeaux, and the archdeacon of London. Mandate to assist Tido de Varesio, archdeacon of Barksyre against those who molest him touching his benefices.
Ibid. (f. 71.)	To Tido, archdeacon of Barksyre. Indult at the request of Amalvinus de Varesio, knight, lord of Montferand, whose kinsman he is, to visit his archdeaconry by deputy for three years and receive procurations.
