To Maria Franciscus de Marchionibus de Monticulo, clerk, of the diocese of Camerino, I.U.D., nuncio and commissary of the pope and the apostolic see to the realm of Scotland. Commission to collect all debts due to the Camera in Scotland from any persons soever, especially from William, archbishop of St. Andrews, John Liester, of the Order of Friars Minors, and Simon Finlai, priest, in the church of St. Andrews, and other collectors and subcollectors; with the necessary faculties and powers. All other papal nuncios and commissaries, exactors and collectors in the realm, and the sub-collectors and commissaries appointed by them, especially by Americus, O. Min., the pope's nuncio and commissary, are hereby revoked. Ex fideli ac sollicita. [5¼ pp.]

To John Barrie, perpetual vicar of the parish church of Dunole [sic] in the diocese of Brechin, M.A. Appointing him nuncio of the apostolic see and collector-general of fruits etc. due to the pope and the Roman church and the papal Camera in the realm of Scotland, all other collectors etc. being hereby revoked; with the customary faculties, etc. He is to take the usual oath of fealty to Raphael, cardinal deacon of St. George's in Velabro, the pope's Chamberlain.
