Mandate to make provision to James Ofergail, a monk of the Cistercian monastery of St. Mary, Granard, in the diocese of Ardagh, priest, in about his twenty-third year and illegitimate, being the son of a bishop, of a noble race of dukes, and an unmarried woman, related in the second and second degrees of kindred, of the said monastery, value not exceeding 100 marks sterling, void by the death of James Macgillauanaen.
