Lib. 1.’ A flyleaf has, in three different contemporary hands, the description ‘Primus de provisionibus, litteris dominorum cardinalium, tabellionatus [officio] et plenaria [remissione, anno] quarto,’ ‘R(ecipe) N., A.’ and ‘Vidi.’ A preceding flyleaf has ‘Vidi Hib Ang. et pro R(everenda) C(amera) A(postolica),' and other modern notes.
